Small Talk Has Been Misnamed!

I have found that until you make an emotional connection, your logic just bounces off! This begs the question–what is the best way to connect? And the earlier you connect the more successful your talk, speech, presentation, or conversation will be! So, what’s a leader to do?

The answer is small talk, because small talk is actually BIG TALK. Because it has been misnamed, many of us don’t think about the simplest, most important way of making an emotional connection.

In the video below I explain all this, in under two minutes.
