Becoming An Unbreakable Bundle

Tecumseh said “A single twig breaks, but the bundle of twigs is strong.” A long time ago I read that Mahatma Gandhi wanted the various aspects of his personality to be like that.

Instead of being spread out randomly, hither and thither, he wanted his entire being to be aligned, and unbreakable. Reading that inspired me and has turned out to be a fabulous journey.

I’d love to know what aligned and unbreakable means to you and your organization. Where can you bring even greater alignment and resilience? What difference would it make to your team, your clients and your stakeholders?

Thinking about bringing greater alignment in yourself and your organization will make you stronger, give you peace of mind, greater flexibility and make you “unbreakable.”
