I know that this is something that can be very difficult, at times. I know that it is tempting to think “Oh, that person… not that person! They’re not great!” But, somewhere inside them, there is greatness. Can you find it? Can you speak to it? Can you awaken it?

It’s a move of generosity, and it’s not something that you have to do. But, it is something that you could do. And it’s what top leaders actually do.
