Creative Listening is one of the most important skills you can develop as a leader and a speaker. Being genuinely interested, and demonstrating that interest, makes a world of difference.

In a conversation instead of thinking about what you’re going to say, listen carefully, and then ask a question or two. It’s a great way to engage and to learn. Then when you talk you can make what you say more thoughtful and meaningful.

And, before you speak, pause a few counts. Your counterpart will likely say more, telling you things you’d never have heard any other way. Make the effort to pause, because it pays off.

In this 2.5 minute video you’ll learn how to connect in every conversation; how to fully engage and build a valuable relationship!
